Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice to work alongside the busy Procurement and Supply Chain department within Worcestershire Acute Hospitals. The post holder will involved with all aspects of administration, purchasing and customer service and will have the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge within the wider Procurement and Supply Chain department.

Main duties of the job

The Procurement & Supply Chain Apprentice role involves liaising with customers on their requirements and with suppliers to identify and secure supply for the Organisation.The role will also involve ensuring that smooth electronic transactions are progressed through the Trusts Purchase to Pay system and dealing with with corresponding invoicerelatedqueries.
