Will be patient facing and the first point of contact for patients via telephone and face to face. Will book patients appointments in an organised, efficient and caring manner. Provide admin support in reception in line with practice requirements and guidelines. To present a calm and friendly image to patients. Deal with enquiries from patients efficiently and courteously.
