About the apprenticeship
Duties
Following full training provided at the outset, your duties will then include:
• Preparing loan applications, reviewing appropriate documentation, and liaising with applicants to submit any additional information requirements.
• Keeping members updated with the progress of their loan applications
• Responding to emails updating members on the application process
• Answering calls
• Filing
• Photocopying
Additional information
Your professional development goals will be listened to, with ongoing training through Llandrillo College and support available. In addition, you will benefit from:
• Apprenticeship Placement, working from our office in Llandudno Junction 35 hours per week
• Apprenticeship salary paid
• 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, (pro rata for part time staff)
• An additional day's leave during the Christmas annual leave period
• Enhanced sick pay
• Staff loan rate
• Employee reward scheme
• Enhanced employee assist programme
• Staff uniform
