Duration of Apprenticeship:

 16 months

Job Description:

Monitoring and dealing with queries that are received.

Scanning, photocopying and filing documents in order to maintain accurate and effective HR administrative systems.

Scheduling meeting and interviews as required.

Maintaining up to date employee data, treating information with the strictest confidence.

Supporting HR projects and the introduction, implementation and utilisation of new technology, systems, processes, procedures and methods of working.

Support the tracking and reminders of required training completion, including mandatory training.

Ensuring all verbal and written communications and data is accurate and processed, stored, shared and disposed of in compliance with quality standards, Data Protection & Information Governance requirements.

General day to day administrative duties as required across the service.



Training Provided:


As a HR Support Apprentice with BPP, you will complete the HR Support Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship, which is aligned with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Upon completion you will be awarded the CIPD Foundation Certificate, and you will be able to apply for Membership of CIPD.

The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures, and face to face inductions and masterclasses.


Qualification Requirements:

 5 GCSE's including Maths/English Grades C/4 and above.


Personal Qualities & Skills:


Strong communication and interpersonal skills written, face to face and over the phone.

Demonstrates clear understanding on confidentiality and information governance.

Has a clear understanding of equality and diversity, and demonstrates a non-judgemental approach.

Methodical with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work without close supervision, prioritising and organising own workloads in order to meet specific deadlines.

 IT Literate in word, excel etc


Future Prospects:

With a view to progressing into a HR admin role within either Worcester or Newmedica Nationwide
