About the apprenticeship
Duties
Manage the recruitment process, ensuring all Right To Work and personal documentation are collected and verified accurately
Manage all aspects of recruitment administration
Identify innovative recruitment processes using Social Media platforms to promote PSE and ensure we are the employer of choice
Build a local core team of casual Managers / Supervisors and Frontline team members
Responsible for co-ordinating telephone interviews
Manage all assessment centres with the support of HOD's
Support the People Operations Manager / Assistant People Operations Manager in identifying retention issues and implement processes to reduce
Coach and support all causal team members where necessary
Support the People Team leading up to and on event days, ensuring it's a welcoming environment for all team members and assist with staff welfare
Requirements

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Qualifications
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
IT Literate
Good Communication Skills
Personable
Keen and willing to learn
A ‘can do' attitude
Flexible, punctual and reliable
Able to work well with others
