The role A Graduate Recruitment Consultant who is resilient, creative, loves a challenge, is dedicated to building themselves a long-term career with a progressive company and thrives on building new relationships. You will take responsibility for: Working closely with leading Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology and Logistics companies to recruit for staff which range from entry level recruits through to senior Directorship posts Developing relationships to generate new business within the Engineering/Manufacturing/Transport & Logistics Sectors Assist in establishing the company brand within your sector Working autonomously and helping to create a fantastic working environment Creating an all-round positive experience for customers and candidates What you need It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following: Fantastic communication & interpersonal skills Experience of working towards and achieving targets Organised with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment A confident and resilient individual with a hard-working ethos Attention to detail Other DESIRABLE skills include: Previous Experience within the Engineering/Manufacturing, Transport, Supply Chain & Logistics or Sales, Retail & Marketing industries would be a distinct advantage What is on offer On offer is the chance to join a forward-thinking recruitment business where you can help shape the culture and brand.
