Job summary

We require an administrative secretary to work with the Community Therapies admin team, supporting Adult Community Therapy servicesYou will provide vital support to the clinicians , processing referrals, dealing with telephone enquiries from patients and other professionals, typing reports and letters and inputting data. You will be jointly responsible for dealing with, and developing the day-to-day organisation of the office and all associated administrative tasks and for monitoring the systems in place, under the supervision of the office manager.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to the role of Apprentice Administrative Assistant within the Community Therapies Services at St Michael's site. to give a high level of patient service.

For this role you will undertake a 22-month development programme in Business Administration within the Community Therapies Services , through work-based learning and by attending regular training sessions. Successfully completing the training programme will lead to an Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3.

About Enfield Adult Community Therapies

Enfield Adult Community therapies Services encompass Community Physiotherapy, Community Stroke Rehabilitation, Adult Speech and Language therapy, Bone health and Fracture liaison service , Parkinson nurse specialist and the Nutrition and Dietetic Service. These services are located on the St Michaels primary care centre site in Enfield. As a service we really do endeavour to implement the Improving Working Lives initiatives and to gain a healthy work life balance working as a cohesive, proactive and flexible team.

North Mid is part of North Central London integrated care system - consisting of the NHS and Local authority organisations in Camden, Islington, Barnet, Enfield and Haringey. As with other ICS's, we are working increasingly closely with partners and indeed many of our financial and performance objectives are measured at this system level. Whilst all organisations remain as standalone, statutory bodies we have an ICS infrastructure for making shared decisions and agreeing shared approaches.
