Job summary

Are you highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic? Are you interested in working within a data driven NHS trust using data and subsequent analysis to improve service provision for you local community?

Due to recent expansion and as part of significant investment into Digital and Data Services at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT), various exciting opportunities have arisen to join the Data Services team. This role is a great entry into health analytics and a career in the NHS with progression opportunities available for the right candidate.

We are seeking to recruit a reliable, organised and passionate individual to Data Services team as an Apprentice. You will gain the practical skills and experience to successfully complete a Data Analysis Level 4 Apprenticeship programme (18-24 months duration) as well as build a strong foundation of analysis in a public health environment. You will work within an established analytical team to become familiar with collection of, management of and a basic level of analysis of a range of datasets, all of which will contribute towards the work the Trust does in ensuring high quality mental health services are delivered to the population of Lincolnshire.

Main duties of the job

As part of the role you will be expected to to work as a helpful and supportive colleague to other members of the team and all stakeholders. Undertake aspects of analysis and administration and general housekeeping tasks including, but not limited to, the following;

Inputting and retrieving information from relevant electronic systems ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality of data.

Answering the telephone, addressing initial enquiries in a helpful, courteous manner and where necessary, escalate to appropriate colleague.

Keeping up to date with own emails and monitoring the teams email inbox.

Produce, update and manipulate reports using analytical tools (full training provided)

Assist with data analysis on a daily basis

To be the first point of contact to provide basic support to managers and their staff , and to refer onwards where necessary

Assist with data quality checks
