What will you be doing?

You will be providing much needed IT assistance to staff and students. You will be first in line to resolve issues with operating systems or installed applications, logging the problems in our call logging system and if the issues can't be resolved escalating this to the 2 nd line IT support team.

You will get full training on our inhouse IT system, Track-It, where we monitor all IT support requests and assign cases out to the relevant IT technicians.

You will play a big part in assisting with paperwork and ensuring our hardware database has accurate and up to date information on each workstations hardware configuration.

This isn't just an IT helpdesk role - you will assist in some of the audit processes and you will also have great interaction with new staff and students as you will be responsible for allocating paperwork and ID cards.

What experience do you need?

You will be computer literate and have some IT experience - including working knowledge of Windows 7 & 10 along with other Microsoft applications.

You will be motivated to show high levels of customer care and support and show good interpersonal and communication skills to support the staff and students. If you can work under pressure and show initiative, then this role could be for you.
