The Aspire Training Team are looking for a punctual, reliable and highly motivated individual to complete a Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship within the finance department at Angel Carers in Bridport.
Angel Carers provide a community care based service that offers a range of support options that allow clients to be cared for in the comfort and security of their own home. Angel carers pride themselves with the standard of care and attention to detail that they provide which sets them apart from other care companies. They have also recently been awarded "excellent" in all of the 5 essential standards by the Care Quality Commission. Angel Care was formed in June 2006 and has since provided outstanding care to all clients across Bridport and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps towards an administrative career, gaining your Level 2 Business Admin NVQ whilst working for a very successful company.
Your duties as an apprentice within this organisation will include but are not limited to:
Inputting data into spreadsheets.
Answering the phone and responding to emails.
Processing incoming and outgoing post.
General Administration duties such as scanning, filing & photocopying.
Assisting with pay role and banking.
To ensure the correct procedure at all times.
The successful candidate must be well organised as this role will require you to be able to manage and prioritise your workload. You will also be hardworking, have an eye for detail, good time keeping skills, excellent communication skills and be willing to learn and complete an NVQ.
You will ideally have GCSE grades A*-C in both Math's and English Language or equivalent i.e. functional skills, these are desired but they are not essential. However as this position is based within a finance team, strong maths skills will be preferred.
