About the apprenticeship

Duties

assist bakery team in duties including preparation of all product
assist in day to day running of the bakery, including cleaning
learn to produce baked products including pastries, breads and cakes
accurately weigh up products

Candidates must be able to get to our bakery located at:
Unit 14 & 15
Rhymney River Bridge Road
(Off Newport Road)
CF23 9FP
The private secure compound has its own free parking.
Upon completion of probation (6 months) they will enter our bonus pay scheme and get personal health insurance.

Skills

able to get up early (start time between 1am & 5am)
able to stand for long periods of time
physically fit (be able to lift 25kg sacks of flour)
a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
able to apply themselves to completion of apprenticeship
have a passion for baking
be punctual

None, just a passion for the baking industry
