About the apprenticeship
• Telephone calls from customers assisting with questions and queries
• Emailed questions and queries from customers
• Raising support tickets
• Completing first line checks
• Dealing with Fault until resolution
• Fault escalation if necessary
We are looking for someone who has a willingness to learn and attention to detail. The role is task driven so need to be good with their time management and calm under pressure.
The has a variety to it and so need to be able to multitask and work through the priorities.
With the nature of the team someone who is also confident, and a team player is also important.
GCSEs - C and above in subjects especially English and Maths or A Levels or equivalent
