• Front of house duties
o Meeting and greeting clients
o Providing shampoo services in a professional manner
o Ensuring clients are looked after with refreshments
o Booking appointments
o Developing a professional relationship with staff and clients alike
o Providing a clean, tidy and professional environment in which to greet clients

• Back of house duties
o Laundry
o General cleaning duties
o Add to stocklist
o End of day duties
o Care and maintenance of tools
o Recycling

C grade GCSE pass in core subjects is desirable
