Tiny Bops is a small, home-based child-minding service where all ages are welcome. Services include caring for young children as well as organised school pickups on a daily basis.

Description of Vacancy
We are looking for someone who enjoys spending time with very young children and be willing to learn all job duties and train to gain childcare qualifications.
The role will be including providing care for children’s personal routines:
Caring for the children’s needs
Providing age specific activities
Assisting with school collections
Nappy changing, where appropriate
Speaking to parents
Writing observation reports
Contribute to planning for children’s learning
Working together as part of a team]
Cleaning children’s area and keeping rooms tidy
Weekly wage between £111 ( Based on £3.70 per hour)
Working hours of 8am till 3pm. 30 hours per week.
GCSE A – C in maths and English preferred.
Will need to have a DBS check.
Needs to be reliable and have good time keeping.
Got to have patience when dealing with children.
Great communication skills with children and parents.
Experience with children would be an advantage
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards
