What you will do in your working day
Task will will include but not limited to:

The succesful candidate will achieve a BEng(Hons) Aerospace Engineering degree.
The course is delivered face to face, full time for the first year and then day release. The successful candidate must be able to spend the first year of the apprenticeship at Weston College.

The successful candidate will have a personal development plan in line with their careers aspirations.

GCSE or equivalent Science (Grade 5 - 9) Essential
A Level or equivalent 1 other Subject (Grade Minimum of C grade) Essential
A Level or equivalent Maths (Grade Minimum of C grade) Essential
A Level or equivalent Science based subject (Grade Minimum of C grade) Essential
Task will will include but not limited to:
- Interpret engineering data and documentation such as engineering drawings, reports and computer generated models
- Design, develop, specify, analyse, test, validate and modify designs and solutions to satisfy Customer requirements and In-Service Operations
- Aerospace Engineers will work primarily within a specific Engineering discipline, such as Airframe, Design and Stress, Systems Integration, Support Engineering, Quality or Advanced Manufacturing / Manufacturing Engineering
- Comply with statutory regulations and organisational safety requirements
