Helping to manage the Front of House team.
Communicating with the kitchen on each shift, taking responsibility for services.
Involvement in financial aspects of cash-ups, stocktaking, replenishment & general cleanliness.
Taking reservations and learning the techniques required to operate Hotel & Spa booking systems for rooms, restaurant & spa.
Help in Housekeeping, spa and general areas.
It is essential to be able to get to the working location with your working hours.
You will be able to operate within a small teams but will be also able to operate on your own using your initiative
Being active and interested is vital.
As ever being well presented, punctual and trustworthy are essential qualities.
