Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

After our best ever year, we are now looking to recruit trainee recruitment consultants to grow our team.

You will start your recruitment journey with us by finding the best candidates for your team's projects, and gradually begin to manage the interview process. After 3-6 months, you will become a recruitment consultant, when you will begin to take on your own clients, and win new business.

• Competitive starting salary of £22.8K, plus uncapped commission and regular salary increases (base salary will increase to £25.5K - £27K within year 1 upon hitting KPIs)
• Target earnings of up to £30K by the end of your first year, £45K+ in year 3
