The training you will be getting
Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent) Essential
GCSE or equivalent maths (Grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent) Essential
- Administration and support of active transitions
- Identifying areas of improvement within the service transition space
- Assisting good outcomes for all service transition activities
- Active participation in service transition meetings including those with customers
- Contribute to process evaluation, selection and recommendation as appropriate in the team
- Creating, updating and design of customer templates
- Provide advisory services to customers
