Job summary

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic apprentices to work in our busy GP Practice in Cardiff.

Are you 16- 19 years of age and want to Join our Dynamic team at Butetown medical practice and embark on an exciting journey in a health care field.

As an administrative apprentice, you will play a cruicial role in supporting our health care professionals while gaining valueable experience and knowledge in a medical field.

Main duties of the job

As an Apprentice Administrater you will learn to grow within our GP practice, contributing to the efficient operation of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities :

Front desk support- Greet patients, schedule appointments and assist patient registrations .

Administrative tasks- Maintain patient records, handle phone enquiries and manage incoming post.

Training- Participatein an educational program and workshops to enhance your skills.
