Job Details
An exciting apprenticeship opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our friendly reception team at Riverside Medical Practice. The post is full time, with a view to permanent employment being offered on successful completion of the apprenticeship. Riverside Medical Practice is a very busy practice, providing excellent care to its patients. We are looking for a committed and motivated individual to join the team in providing high quality reception and administrative duties.
The duration of the apprenticeship is 18 months which is subject to regular reviews to demonstrate progress. The post holder is required to complete NVQ Level 3 Business Administration over the period of the apprenticeship.
Main duties of the job
Duties will include dealing with patients by telephone and face to face projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors to the practice.
The job includes significant amounts of multi-tasking with the ability to be compassionate.
The successful candidate will be flexible and reliable with the ability to work under pressure to compliment our experienced and dedicated team.
About us
We are a GP training practice with a total of 6,300 patients with 2 GP's, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 3 Practice Nurses and 1 HCA.
Teesside topped ranked surgeries - we were ranked as 3rd.
