Our Apprenticeship program is designed for post sixth-form or college students who are eager to launch their career within financial services industry.
What we offer:

  • The 18-month apprenticeship program offers a comprehensive introduction to the world of financial services and the chance to obtain industry-recognised qualifications at our office in London.

On-the-job experience:

  • You'll spend four days a week training on the job and one day a week studying for the CISI Investment Operations Certificate and a Level 4 NVQ in Providing Financial Services. You will have a mentor to provide on-going insight and guidance.


  • Our comprehensive combination of online and virtual workshops, ongoing training sessions and professional development activities covers a range of topics, from product knowledge to personal development.

Qualifications required

Minimum of 240 UCAS points (96 UCAS points from 2017 tariff) taken from top 3 grading A Levels or equivalent excluding general studies in addition to English and Maths at grade B+ at GCSE or equivalent.

Future prospects After developing your skill set in a critical business function - Investment Operations, Technology, Compliance or Finance, you could be offered a full-time position depending on your overall performance.

Things to consider Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): From 1st October 2016 The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.40 per hour. From April 2017 this rises to £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
