This apprenticeship position is one of diversity and covers a range of services such as brand creation, graphic and web design, marketing consultancy and strategy, business development and back of house management.

This position is one of diversity and covers a range of services such as brand creation, graphic and web design, marketing consultancy and stategy, business development and back of house management. This role will focus on certain key elements, however it will not be limited to these and proactive thinking, innovative idea generation anf forward thinking will be welcomed.

  • Marketing research (SWOT, competitor analysis, product research)
  • Digital marketing application (Social media plans, ideas and implementation for both clients and Enso, SEO, blogging, platform creation, website management)
  • General administration (Office organisation, filing, emails and system implementation)
  • Sales/Meeting generation (Calls and attendance of networking events with MD)
  • Creative writing (Press releases and blogging)
  • Events coordination (assistance in coordinating and planning small events

Things to consider From the 1st October 2016 The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.40 per hour. From April 2017 this rises to £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
