About the apprenticeship
Administrative support - general admin support - this may include data entry, filing, photocopying and scanning documents
Correspondence - assist with drafting emails and other business correspondence
Database management -update and maintain company databases, generate reports and assist with data analysis as required
Document management - assist the business in maintenance of company documents both physical and electronic. Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents for easy retrieval
Research and analysis - conduct research on various topics and compile information and present findings
Project support and ad hoc task - undertake any other duties as assigned that contributes to the smooth running of the office and supporting the overall business objectives.
Enthusiastic, proactive, adaptable and willing to under tasks in new areas that one may not of worked in before
