Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration apprentice to join their team.

During your time as a Business Administrator Apprentice you can expect to work within the Business Development department. Your main duties include:

Being trained in-house in our administrative, accounting and computing procedures.

Liaising with our sales and marketing team and communicating with our suppliers, distributors and customers whilst using Windows software.

Data entry using Sage and Xero accounting software.

Any other reasonable duties as required.

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to fully document work for quality control purposes

Understand the importance of customer and client confidentiality.

Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills including MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, Email).

A Minimum of Grade 9-4/A-C or equivalent in Maths and English is required for this role.

Working Week: 35.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday 9am 5pm, Friday 9am 3pm with a 30 minute lunch break (unpaid)

Commencing Salary: GBP5.28 per hour

Holiday Allowance: 20 Days plus Bank Holidays

Future Job Prospects: Opportunity for full time employment on completion of apprenticeship.
