Graduate Cover Supervisor - Telford

Have you recently just graduated from university and want to gain classroom experience?

I am recruiting for secondary school teachers who are looking for flexibility in their work life but have a passion for developing young people.

Aspire People is dedicated to helping improve the education of children across the midlands by helping local schools find the committed and dedicated staff.

As your dedicated consultant I will take time to invest in those that want to work with us and find staff exactly what they are looking for.
As a Cover Supervisor you will help us continue to support some fantastic secondary schools across Telford.

To be a Cover Supervisor with Aspire People you will need:

UK degree or Relevant experience working with young people (Sports Coach, Scout Leader etc.)
The ability to engage students and manage behaviour in a classroom setting.
Good communication skills
Empathy and care when dealing with students.
A flexible and positive approach to challenge and change.
