The training you will be getting
- You will act as a key-person for a group of children and be able to supervise and encourage positive, safe behaviour.
- You will be an excellent communicator with children, colleagues, and parents.
- You will conduct regular observations on children and assist in completing developmental records.
Early years lead practitioner level 4
Your training will be predominantly delivered in our workplace with release time provided to engage in 'off the job' targeted sessions delivered by the City of York Council. Release for the training is negotiable to fit in with home commitments of the successful candidate.What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
This apprenticeship is suitable for a candidate who is already qualified as a level 2 or 3 early years educator but has aspirations of room leadership as they achieve a qualification at level 5
