Graduate Programme;

During this programme, you'll gain valuable insight into our services and strategic projects and we'll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career. You'll also join our graduate network and receive our continued support throughout.

What you'll be doing;

- Creating in-depth insight and knowledge research reports across all relevant aspects of a target customer to inform the marketing, bid and sales process.

- Researching target accounts and their key stakeholders and suggesting content ideas to engage. You will use marketing tools and techniques to support the generation of opportunities for Veolia.

- Monitor and track target accounts to ensure Veolia is invited to tender.

- Ensure all Marketing generated data is managed legally and appropriately.

- Track and monitor sectors, industry and competitor news to identify opportunities and ensure Veolia is able to adapt and flex service offers to companies as markets change.

- Conduct competitor analysis to understand strengths and weaknesses and Veolia areas of parity and differentiation.

- Support the development and implementation of an account based marketing strategy for the UK, measuring performance and identifying areas of development with associated project management and reporting.

What we're looking for;

- Degree level qualification in any discipline with an interest in marketing (to be achieved by Sept 2022)

- Excellent communication and written skills and an eye for content opportunities

- Eager to learn and passionate about all things marketing

- Creative problem solving and a passion for trying new ideas

Desirable:

- Knowledge of CMS systems, SEO, and digital advertising

- Experience of database management

- Design and video production skills

- Previous marketing experience within the following sectors: Food and Beverage, Healthcare, Chemical, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Leisure and Hospitality

- Knowledge of the sales process and how marketing supports the sales funnel
