They are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join their team
- Meet and greet customers.
- Inputting data.
- Collate invoices and reconcile against statements identifying any follow up action.
- Set up new jobs and close off old jobs on the relevant IT system linking payments to job costings.
- Reception duties and answering the telephone.
- Assist in processing and maintenance of company credit cards.
- Monitor and update social media platforms
- Scanning of documents.
- Responsibility for checking and ordering stationary supplies.
- Filing and archiving of documents.
You will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
