Significant amount of day release to college with the remainder of the time spent on site working within the finance function of RBSL.

The training you will be getting
Day releases to the Training Provider where the apprentice will be studying a Level 4 standard Professional Accounting or Taxation Technician - ST0003. When in the business the apprentice will spend time in various areas of finance, to build upon the knowledge and understanding gained whilst studying at their training provider.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
On successful completion of the two year apprenticeship it is planned that the apprentice will exit into a role within the RBSL Finance Team although the specific area within the function is planned to be defined within the final six months of the apprenticeship.
