What you will do in your working day
  • Administration and support of active transitions
  • Identifying areas of improvement within the service transition space
  • Assisting good outcomes for all service transition activities
  • Active participation in service transition meetings including those with customers
  • Contribute to process evaluation, selection and recommendation as appropriate in the team
  • Creating, updating and design of customer templates
  • Provide advisory services to customers
