We work with local employers in the IT and tech industry to match them to potential apprentices to join their team!

Through a Digital Support Technician level 3 apprenticeship you will gain on the job knowledge completing duties such as:

  • Managing CRM systems
  • Implementing software and systems
  • Training and supporting staff or customers with using and or setting up programmes or using tech
  • Responding to 1st Line IT Support ticket, e.g. password resets, connecting printers
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiencies using technology
  • Create user guides for digital applications, e.g. digital sign-in system

Your apprenticeship training will be a blend of interactive online classroom delivery and face to face teaching in the hub based in Derby town centre. Your apprenticeship will consist of compiling a digital portfolio, knowledge exams and an End Point Assessment. You will be supported by a Trainer and Mentor at EMA.
