About the apprenticeship
Answering/transferring telephone calls
Office administration including filing, photocopying, post duties & stationery management
Maintaining company data entry and spread sheets
Sorting and distributing purchase ledger invoices
Checking supplier invoices against agreed price lists
Inputting invoices onto the Accounts system
Providing support to all departments & members of staff
Ad Hoc duties to meet business needs
Driving Licence (preferred but not required)
Good Numerical skills
Familiarity with spreadsheets
Excellent Time Keeping
Ability to problem solve and use your own initiative.
GCSE's - Math, English - grade C or above
Welsh Spoken Skills: No Welsh Written Skills: No
