Consistently provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall Customer Experience.
Have good attention to detail and ability to use own initiative in a proactive manner.

  • Answering inbound calls within 3 rings - Average 20-25 per day.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer experience to our customers and consumers.
  • Providing troubleshooting advice and resolving technical queries.
  • Liaising with Sales representatives.
  • Dealing with and responding to emails that are sent to the team mailboxes.
  • Responding to all consumer complaints and finding resolution - every time.
  • Recording consumer complaints, recognise trends and report any quality issues.
  • Process orders for products and spares.
  • Process returns requests for faulty product, ensuring all relevant procedures are followed.
  • Provide holiday and sickness cover across all customer service functions.
  • Record clear and accurate details of consumer interactions - where required.
  • Process refunds for card payments.
  • Recognise and report failings in skills, equipment, or procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment and good housekeeping standards.
  • Maintain good communications to the consumer / team / internal colleagues.
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and make suggestions for improvement.
