Position: Technical Sales Engineer

Job Role:

As a vital member of the team, the successful candidate will liaise directly with the Sales Director, offering robust technical support, steering project management endeavors, and formulating product quotations. Prior experience in technical sales is an advantage, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support, predominantly via phone.
  • Guide clients in product selection.
  • Lead project management, collaborating with external entities.
  • Master and manage primary product lines.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and international partners.
  • Create quotations using ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Maintain CRM data quality and accuracy.
  • Contribute to website content and articles.
  • Potential to handle client accounts, based on performance.
  • Support Customer Service Coordinators during high-demand periods.
  • Oversee specific IT system projects.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physics, Maths, or Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity is advantageous.

Desired Traits:

  • Robust understanding of technical principles.
  • Acquaintance with passive components, semiconductors, and power setups is a bonus.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Confidence in seeking clarifications when needed.
