Position Type: Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship Framework and Level: AAT Level 2 and 3

Qualifications Required: Maths and English grade C and above

Working week: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09.00AM - 17.30PM

Salary: 10,140 per annum

Do you have a passion to learn and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in finance? Atalian Servest currently have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Sales Ledger Apprentice within our Finance division. You will be reporting to the Accounts Assistant and complete AAT level 2 and progress onto level 3- This role would include a day release to allow you to study.

Atalian Servest Group is an expert in facilities management, creating environments which enable people to deliver exceptional experiences to help organisations to be more efficient, effective and sustainable.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

-Raising and sending customer invoices
-Dealing with general customer queries
-Basic accounting system administration to include setting up new customer files
-Ensuring payments are received on time

Personal Qualities and Skills required:

-Detail-orientated with a keen eye for detail
-Achieved grade C or above in English and Maths.
-The ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a logical and process-driven manner
-A natural inquisitiveness and problem-solving approach to tasks, enabling you to work with initiative to resolve issues in a timely manner
-Outstanding communications skills - both written and verbal

Future prospects:

-An opportunity to study an accountancy qualification (AAT) and then progress within the finance team.
-Pay rise once apprenticeship is complete with further pay rises once qualifications are gained.

Things To Consider:

-This role will be desk based and the successful candidate will work on a computer with 2 screens.
