Our client is looking for a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor who would be interested in specialising in Reinstatement Cost Assessment Surveys. You'll have the chance to gain valuable experience within the industry, and progress towards chartered surveyor status.
This role will be to visits sites and work remotely.
Conducting Reinstatement Costs Assessment surveys for a variety of properties.
Assisting senior surveyors in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of
Applying relevant surveying methodologies and techniques to evaluate reinstatement costs.
Maintaining detailed records and documentation for each assessment conducted.
For this role the client is seeking a recent graduate Building Surveyor
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work meticulously.
Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
