What you will do in your working day
Significant amount of block release weeks to Warwick University with the remainder of the time spent on site working within the engineering functions of RBSL. When in the business the apprentice will spend time in various areas of the Engineering function to gain knowledge and understanding of how each of these areas support the RBSL business. These placements will vary in length from 3 - 6 months and will build upon the academic knowledge gained from the time at university. All travel and accommodation costs will be covered by RBSL when at university.

Block release to college where the apprentice will be studying for an Electromechanical degree apprenticeship. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, it is planned that the apprentice will exit into a role within the RBSL Engineering Team although the specific area within Engineering is planned to be defined within the final six months of the apprenticeship.

BTEC or equivalent BTEC Diploma grade D*D*, with an A grade A level M (Grade BTEC Diploma grade D*D*, with) Essential Things to consider
Qualifications: A level or BTEC required (you do not require both)
