Starting Salary: £27,000 + £1,000 one-off signing on bonus
                                                                                                                                                                                 The Technical function supports all functions and suppliers to ensure that manufacturing is done correctly, safely and to our expected high standards. You will be applying the principles of food safety, quality management and food engineering across some of our wide array of factories to help deliver safe, high-quality products to millions of households across the nation. Your role as a Graduate on this programme will see you take up a number of dynamic roles within the business, designed to give you the knowledge, skills and behaviours to become a future leader within the Technical function. Your target role for when you come off the programme is Quality Assurance Manager. Within 5-7 years of starting, you should be aspiring to a Technical Manager role.
You’ll need:
o Achieved, or are expected to achieve, at least a 2:2 honours degree in a Technical, Food or Science based degree.
o Three months' work experience                                                                                                              o An existing ‘right to work’ in the UK, (minimum 3 years from September 2023) - we are unable to sponsor visas as part of the programme
o A clearly articulated motivation to progress your career in the food industry
o Flexibility to complete three rotational placements, a minimum of two moves, maximum of three (placements can be in any of our locations)
