Job Details

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day smooth running of the office hub, providing support to our sales team and dealing with customers enquiries.

. Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints via telephone, email and WhatsApp.

. Assist the sales team with order processing and sales reports.

. Bodyshop data generation and route planning for Sales Team visits.

. Tracking orders, dispatches, and deliveries.

. Cash transactions.

. Entering and maintaining accurate sale records.

. General office administration duties

Whilst completing the apprenticeship with FLP, you will have periodic wage increases based on your progression with your apprenticeship course.

At FLP, you will be working towards a Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship over the course of 15 months.
