Inpress Plastics is a fast-growing family owned plastics manufacturer in Littlehampton West Sussex. We provide a comprehensive manufacturing service from initial design and prototyping to tooling and production. We work together with our clients to develop innovative solutions to meet their business needs and reduce costs. Based in the south of England and serve clients in the UK, Europe & North America.

Inpress Plastics are now looking to add a Chartered Manager Degree Apprentice to their company. The successful candidate will work in their accounts team and work with the Accounts Manager and Managing Director on a variety of task.

 

Chartered Manager Degree Apprentice:

The Chartered Manager Degree Apprentice will sit within the accounts team at Inpress Plastics. This is part of the upper management team where you will interact with managers from all areas of the company, gaining knowledge of the overall business. You will report to our head of accounts who you will work with closely monitoring the finances of the business. You will also report directly to the Director of the company who will give you important tasks and roles that will further your knowledge of how the business operates

Key areas of responsibility and duties:

  • Monitoring the Cash Flow in and out of the business.
  • Closely tracking profit and loss
  • Talking to our supplies
  • Maintaining relationships across our various sites.
  • Personnel management including managing clock cards and holidays
  • Managing the payroll for over 50 staff.

Desired qualifications:

The success candidate will have a minimum of 7 GCSE’s with at least grade B in Maths. In addition, the successful candidate will require at least one of the following;

  • 3 A Levels, grade C or above
  • BTEC vocational qualification at level 3
  • Level 3 Apprenticeship
  • Relevant work experience
