What you will do in your working day
Join us as a Manufacturing Degree Apprentice and work across a variety of manufacturing teams to gain an understanding of equipment, processes and technologies. Gain hands-on experience, learning from skilled team members from all areas of the site. Day-to-day tasks that you will be responsible for could include:
The training you will be getting
- Running production lines and leading our production teams
- Providing support at our Flowerworld site at peak trading times, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day
- Finding solutions to improve the efficiency of production lines.
As well as learning on-the-job, you'll also be studying towards a Chartered Manager (Degree) at the University of Bradford.
Balancing work and a degree course will be challenging. To support your learning, we'll offer study leave to complete university work stress free.What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
At the end of the 3-year scheme, apprentices could be prepared for a Shift Manager role on one of our sites and have gained a full Chartered Membership of the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).
