Customer and Democratic Support Adviser ApprenticeBakewell, DerbyshireGBP22,366The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Customer and Democratic Support Team. The team provides business support for operational teams across the Authority, using business systems and ensuring that data is up to date and held in accordance with relevant legislation. The team also provides a first point of contact for customers across various channels.In this role you will:- Be the first point of contact for all customers enquiries, this could be face-to-face of reception, through telephone, through emails or through letters- Provide admin support for all operational teams ensuring data is held in accordance with policy and relevant legislation- Offer Democratic Services Support, providing administration and support to help decision-makingAbout the Apprenticeship- You will study towards the Business Administration level 3 Apprenticeship standard.- This will take approximately 18 months.- You will attend college every 6 weeks for an activity day, spending time with other apprentices, college transport is available.- You will also receive full training and support in the workplace learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to achieve your apprenticeship.What happens after I have completed my apprenticeship?This is a career grade post and on completion of the apprenticeship there is an opportunity to become a permanent Customer and Democratic Support Advisor.About YouWe are looking for someone with- Communication skills- IT skills- Customer care skills- Administrative skills- A desire to learn- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C or above) essential- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C or above) essentialAbout UsThe Peak District National Park was the first of Britain's 15 national parks and is still enjoyed by millions, looking for both adventure and a breathing space to escape.
