Full-time, temporary position offering GBP12.50/hour.
An exciting opportunity to work for a major professional services firm as part of their Customer Service Team has become available! Based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, the successful candidate will be working to support customers, including taking information, answering queries and signposting, to ensure customers receive a supportive, outstanding service.
Key responsibilities of the role would include:
- Making outbound calls, using your adaptability and initiative to hold friendly, structured discussions with customers
- Handling customers' questions and queries in a professional and helpful manner
- Using the company's systems to upload customers' information to their databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date
This temporary role, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position, would be a fantastic opportunity for a graduate-level individual to gain experience working within professional services.
Prospective candidates must have excellent communication and telephone skills, be adaptable and able to take initiative, and high IT proficiency. Previous customer service experience is desirable, although this is not essential.
