Customer Service Advisor Apprentice - Level 3

Our client are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team, you will be expected to deliver high-quality service to both their customers and contractors they use.

Tasks will include;

1. Booking driving tests for clients using in-house created software2. Allocating pupils to driving instructors3. Use professional communication and a range of questioning skills to build and maintain rapport when responding to emails, telephone calls, live chat, deal with customer inquiries and contracted staff4. Collecting customer service feedback from clients which enables them to continually improve their service5. Record accurate records for clients' details and deal with electronic payments

An extra benefit you will receive is GBP240 per month of driving lessons until your driving test is passed.

You will gain a Level 3 Customer Service qualification on completing this apprenticeship.
