About the ClientOur client is a dynamic and forward-thinking accounting practice located in Farringdon. They pride themselves on providing top-notch financial services to a diverse range of clients.Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  2. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion.
  4. Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold-calling, and utilizing CRM tools-schedule appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress. Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and targets.
  6. Event Coordination: Assist in organising and participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the firm's services.
  7. Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process of new clients by coordinating with the accounting and customer service teams.
  8. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the accounting services and effectively communicate the benefits and features to potential clients.


  • Previous experience or exposure in sales or customer service, preferably in the accounting or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ZOHO ( beneficial) CRM software.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • A professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
