Job DescriptionJob Title: Apprentice Protection AdministratorJob Objective: To liaise between the Protection Consultant and the Provider or Client.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Chasing Clients for outstanding documentation/information required to process their application.
  • Chasing any medical underwrite that is outstanding post submission such as nurse screenings, GP Reports, Tele Medical Interviews etc.
  • Rekeying any applications that need to be replaced to another provider.
  • Reviewing and checking over cases before sending to compliance for B.E checks.
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring to the correct person/department.
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Manage hot key over flow, booking clients in with the consultants.
  • Update and keep on top of trackers.
  • Processing incoming Client and Provider documentation.
  • Pre Sales Underwrite of cases where consultant hasn't completed themselves.
Key Skills:
  • A good level of English spelling and grammar.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Managing administrative processes.
  • Good typing and keyboard skills.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi task.
