EMA training are supporting their client JSA Architects to find an apprentice who is proactive and enthusiastic to join the team. You will create content for social media, website and bulletin platforms with a view to promote the company’s services, reinforce the brand and generate new business leads.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Create and upload professional content for the company’s website including posts, blogs and press releases.
  • Researching new trends and opportunities.
  • Manage company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and Flicker.
  • Use photography and videography to gather content for use on web, socials and campaigns.
  • Use relevant editing tools to elevate the content quality.
  • Compose, distribute, and track email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the company’s outside perception through brand awareness research and development.
  • Provide analytical reports to demonstrate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and design banners, web visuals and other visual content using create design tools.
  • Remain up-to-date with current digital trends.
  • Conduct new business research to identify potential collaborative partners and clients.
  • Engage with other businesses through digital marketing platforms to generate business to business relationships.
  • Taking occasional telephone calls and enquiry handling.
  • General administration duties as required.
  • It would be advantageous but not essential if candidates have experience using design and editing softwares. ( I.e Sketch up)

Content Creator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.

Your apprenticeship training will be delivered via fortnightly day release from employer at the EMA Training hub in Derby via our experienced trainers. You will also have a dedicated mentor to support with your learning on programme.

You will attend a minimum of 20 face to face workshops, as agreed in the delivery schedule which will be issued prior to your first day of the apprenticeship.

The 15 month programme will contain the following 4 core modules:

Content Planning Content Development Content Creation & Evaluation Industry Awareness.


What are they looking for in an apprentice?

IT skills , Attention to detail , Organisation skills,  Customer care skills,  Administrative skills,  Analytical skills, Creative, Initiative, Interest in Architecture  and Aspirations in Content Writing.

You must have GCSEs in Maths and English grade C or above to be eligible.
