  • Processing orders via email or phone.
  • Uploading of orders onto company CRM software.
  • Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Communicating important feedback from customers internally.
  • Staying up to date with new products and features.
  • Receiving calls and direct appropriately/taking accurate messages.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date efficient diary and customer database.
  • Sending/Receiving Report Sheets for Engineers.
  • Producing/sending documentation required by customers for service visits.
  • Filing report sheets and any other documentation for SRM.
  • Highlighting remedial works required.
  • Following/instigating procedures to ensure service appointments are booked.
  • Invoicing of completed works in line with our QMS.
  • Producing maintenance, spares, and repair quotations.
  • Translating Sales quotations to digital on company CRM software.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
