We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic, close-knit team as a Digital Marketing Executive working either from our Hatfield / London office. You will aid with the production of high-quality, engaging and eye-catching content for our core audiences of apprentice candidates and prospective employers. Working closely with our business development and talent attraction teams (alongside our external creative and PPC agencies) you will be focused on increasing our digital footprint; driving interest and uptake in our IT & digital training programmes. You will employ a results-driven approach while utilising your creative flair to make a significant contribution in developing and executing our marketing strategy.
We appreciate you will likely be at the very beginning of your career in digital marketing, so we'll be more focused on your passion for learning/development and alignment with our core values rather than pre-existing technical knowledge. That said, we're still looking for individuals able to demonstrate their passion for digital marketing through pet projects and general awareness of the latest tools/platforms/techniques.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
The typical roles and responsibilities will include:
Increasing brand awareness
Creation of rich video content for both learning and marketing purposes
Creation of client and apprentice testimonials (video and written)
Driving social media channels and online customer engagement
Analysing and interpreting online activity, producing performance reports with actionable insights
Supporting talent attraction team with screening those apprenticeship candidates you've driven to apply through our website/social media channels
Supporting business development team in both marketing research and direct client engagement activity
Developing content for althaus website blog and distribution across various digital channels.
Research, plan and build content for SEO
Create and monitor email marketing campaigns
Liaise with external PPC and creative agencies
Contribution to development of overall marketing strategy
Essential Qualifications & Knowledge
Grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths
High standards of personal integrity, professional conduct and customer service
Willingness and comfortability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at every level
Support & Training
To prepare you for your new role/career, you will be supported through a 12-week, live & online bootcamp-style training programme by our team of expert in-house trainers and mentors prior to formal interview. This unique and impactful digital upskilling programme will cover a broad range of subject areas, including content creation, PPC fundamentals, Google ads, voice search, social media strategy and SEO, equipping you to become a digital leader of tomorrow.
