What you will do in your working day

Over the duration of the scheme, you will work on varied projects and be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle as well as having the opportunity to get involved in various stretch assignments and enrichment activities which further support your development.
  • Evaluate and establish appropriate project governance through the incorporation of policies, regulations, processes, roles and structures in different project types and organisational structures, accepting that different sizes of organisation require different levels of control
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain their support for successful project outcomes
  • Develop and manage projects within different planning frameworks to balance the fundamental components of the project

The training you will be getting

• Project Manager Integrated Degree Apprenticeship at Level 6, which includes:
• BSc Hons Degree in Project Management
• IPMA Level D Project Management Qualification
